Another lowlight for the day was the M. Wilson at three quarter time in the huddle (that he looked at). he spent the break walking around looking into the crowd and not paying any attention to little Timmy, even when they went in tight before they ran out, he was as close as some of the fans listening in. (maybe this is why he was soooo average)

Must admit I was disappointed by Wilson's game, its funny, we didn't have a budget and were trying to work out which one he was, and guessed wrong 3 times as myself and the blokes I was standing with thought he'd be the bloke that would be going in hardest in the middle of the packs. When we eventually found a budget and worked out who he was we became aware he was standing at the back of every pack getting the cheap kicks and despite looking fit didn't look really interested, would have racked up a heap of stats though but not those I'd expect Wilbur to get.

What does this "bog" stand for??? :?
My understanding was the Wilbur Wilson has not played for a number of years now..he wouldve been a better chance today than Wilson getting BOG

Thurgood saved Port on many occasions & deserved to be in the top 3.
Only 15 mins of good footy that was in the 3rd qtr, the rest absolute crap.
Jars has taken a real interest to flooding, how many times Ports fwd line had 16 roosters in it.
Port supporters were getting frustrated with there players chipping the ball around the 50 metre arc, reason being there was no space to hit a clean target.

Did you find it weird (or maybe unbelievable) how we didn't flood when Port had the run on kicking all those goals in the 3rd quarter? On the outer we were calling for a flood!
I think Jars has a new toy but isn't quite sure how to play with it!

I know its a "bug bear" of mine... but how can ANJ justify his open praise of Tim Delvins.. then drop the kid from a winning side. His excuse to him through 07 was always "power players movements".. then had to make way for senior recovered players.. but not this year. He praises the kid all week. Points out that his job the week before had been perfect in giving Alleway space to move inside 50... and then hears on RPH that he's an out. It's not like spots weren't available with Lonie and White off to the Power..

Loyalty to the jumper is the only thing keeping the kid there. He's been offered BIG bickies to go to the country... but he loves the jumper and his team mates. If I am correct he's even part of the leadership group.

Knowing the kid as I do I am hoping like hell Jarman gets the flick and the kid can get a fresh start. If Jarman stays I really hope he cuts his losses and heads to a club where he is appreciated by the coaching staff.

There are many many North fans asking the same question, puts in every week, yes he does make a few mistakes but no more than any others, I am very suprised he hasn't moved on

Not going to be many people that disagree with any of that. Delvins should be picked every single week no question.

I reckon he would look good in a Doggies jumper...

There's been plenty of players come from us and head to North, maybe Tin can start the trend the other way. Reckon Roy Laird would find a spot for him in our side, especially at the moment !!

Why select local born & bred players that play for the jumper when you can spend up big on old, washed up, ex-AFL mercenaries who leave as soon as a bigger cheque is waved at them?

Try the last 5 times before today at Alberton, and North had won the last 9 out of 11 v Port.
South would have celebratory reunions with that sort of record.

And no doubt we could run out onto the ground with one goal in mind much like North do in Grand Finals.

You are aware that South set the trend only kicking 1 goal in the 1900 GF against North?
Whoopsee!

And that was an option that I wish he had taken up in Dec. Tim rarely complains or mentions anything to anyone... but from the outside (inside of the outside) you just look at the treatment and you realise why things are going so badly for North at the moment.
I read again that ANJ packed straight up and left 10 mins after the match. I guess thats better than going to watch TV downstairs before halftime at the Glenelg match last year. This guy is a fool/tool/wanker. Has no idea of how to handle men. He was a white ant as a player... Karma Jars... KARMA
