I know, every year Heath Mckay is going to Brighton, but this year i have heard that he is going and Kurt Mckinley is going with him. If true Keswick will be in a bit of trouble with Hobbsy retiring at the end of the year also.

As good a player as Heath is he didn't do too much last year so they wont miss him that much i think that they will miss Kurt more.

Speaking of players leaving clubs, rumor has it that south road are losing up to 5 players from their premiership side. One to chase a football dream, one due to moving west for work reasons, one retiree and the other 2 going elseware. Any thruth? Big losses will they be able to cover them or will they fall?

Yes i have heard very similar stories with Krutli gone, Rossi retiring and Hartlett to the AFL may be around until the draft not sure of any others but those three alone will leave a big hole in their side.

Don't have any names off the top of my head, but there were a couple of handy players. Apparently their leading wicket taker is not keen to come up...getting on in years?

Doesn't a strike bowler bowl more than one over?
Not sure if Whenan could bowl more than one over at 5 paces per ball.

How have Morphy Pks felt about being relegated to section 2? Has it cost the club any players as yet?

Obviously we are a bit disappointed but in true roo spirit will take it as a challange.Haven't lost any players and don't expect to. Players left last year, what we have left plus recruits will lift us back to section 1. Everyone is positive about next season. Start training very soon so keep an eye on the roos in 08/09.

I believe the locals would be shocked to hear such news and rightly devastated. If my club had been reporting that someone was coming and he didn't our locals would be a little    , As well as the person reporting it BAZZA  .
