I agree. did you learn nothing about the whole Bostons era and bagging teams that are clearly in a rebuilding stage.

beautiful morning for fishing, i hope the fish are biting.

The free kick count was 37 -12 and we were ******* robbed. The club backs Marty up 100% in his complaint to the PLFL and hope the appropriate action is taken against one certain umpire. Martys decision to follow the umpire they were calling Baldock back to the umpires rooms and give it to him (verbally) was totaly warranted. This was a win the tasman roosters should not have had.

good luck to joel harvey on his retirement his commitment to training and doing the team things will be sorely missed ](*,)

He said you played pathetic and were worthy of the wooden spoon and from what you dished up against us I would have to agree, so would the ladder. toughen up a bit kocksy and maybe you could reply in a decent manner and state why you were not pathetic and why you arent worthy of the wooden spoon? because the football public all think that!

right back at you kocksy. I have more respect with football in port lincoln than you will ever have.
T07 so you and your club condone what Leslie did on saturday. Thats very dissapointing because I thought your club had improved in that area but obviously not! and a couple of your supporters after the game need to have a look at themselves for their outbursts.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

alright boys enough of the whinging just get back to the actual game. I reckon we could give the umpires a break too. As bad as they might have been(???????) they are actually doing all of us a favour. I think they would be trying their best, so give them some slack alright.

if what leslie done was correct, it doesn't surprise me. he is a very good coach and apparently a good bloke but he doesn't need to go abusing umpires in full view of everyone. he did this GF alot and even in one game againest us, he run from the coaches box at karkoo all the way down to the northern goals (some 100m) to abuse our goal umpire for a mistake. yes the goal umpire was wrong but leslie's reaction was shocking in front of everyone. guess what? the goal umpire in question that day has never done the job again.

Your an absolute joke CU you think that because you do stuff for the league that you have respect! Who respects you? And if you ever played for a footy side you might know what the boys down at Tiger Land are feeling and especially those supporters that have been around for a long time I think they have a right to be upset considering all the years of the umpires going against us and then the last couple of years have been not to bad and then Saturday was back to the same old. wasnt just one bad decision there were plenty in the last quarter. To have our captain say something to the umpire after the siren and then Marty do what he did then there was definately something wrong. I can take a loss on the chin but when an umpire clearly turned the game then that pisses me off.

He didnt do it in front of everyone, he had a few words in the middle of the ground but then came back to the bench to collect his things and then went into the umpires room.

So we are to blame for you being bad for 20 years. We lost you the game on Saturday. There is no doubt a conspiracy against you hustler. Are you a complete idiot?

fair enough, i shouldn't comment anyway my record with umpires isn't that good.

grain grower, the Bs was great!! As we would taken a 78 point loss pre game probably, shouldn't say that i guess but thats the reality of where we are at.we are too small for you guys but at least we give it a crack and the last quarter was promising

It's a game of football, you lost, get over it.
Maybe you should blame one of your forwards for not kicking straight for that one pivotal kick earlier in the match!?
If you won, you wouldn't be complaining.
If you have no umpires, you have no game, if you don't like it, don't watch.
I'm not a fan of Tasmans, i dislike them a lot, but you can't go posting verbal abuse on here, so quit it.
You Tiger boys are doing a reputation no favours, and in a club that claims it's changing and rebuilding, it appears just because of one game you're slipping back to your negative ways.
Move on, take your club, and your attitude forward.
