All at Souths wish Ben Lamont a speedy and total recovery from injury, one of those unlucky incidents. Best wishes mate

So does anyone know why the 2 moderators got the arse?

I really thought Tasmans would do something this year. They started so well but now it looks like they will not make the finals, If they can't beat south then what hope do they have of beating anyone else? Answer: None

who would have thought MRFC would be bottom after round 6?
we have a great competition this year.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Not many I would have thought cu
Completely out-gunned by a quick running side, which I have to admit was a good to watch (I just had to clap them a few times it was that good). No shortage of runners neither. Our boys just made error after error both in the skill and decision making dept.
I would like to think we could get to get to 5 & 5 after 10 rounds which will put us in good stead for the last 5 games with our returnees having a few games under their belt by then and hopefully ready to perform. Still may not be good enough to beat W & MP though

It doesn't overly suprise me, the current ladder that is. Mallee Park are going to be very dangerous for the remainder of the year. Waybacks had a very lucky start to the year, i personally don't think they will go undefeated for much longer. Bostons ???? played well against us. I thought that game vs WB would have been closer. Tasmans, well, umm RR can you explain? the list looks as strong as waybacks on paper but you guys were terrible saturday, or were we good :) ??? Rangers will come good, not good enough to win the flag though i think. As for Souths, we are giving it a good crack. see how we go
my opinion only :D

With Tasmans it is a team thing they have had to few to do the work over the years and they wait for others to get them started, their squad has talent to burn - if you cant find passion to play with they should take a look at their coach one of the most dedicated and passionate footballers to play the game

See that Jay Shannon got best for the State U18 team who played the state U20's on the weekend. Well done and congrats to Jay. Also well done to Xavier Watson who was named 7th best and kicked 2 goals for the U20's and Kerran Hall who kicked a goal. The local talent is alive and well.
I for one have been impressed with Jericho Lucky and he did alright in the Mortlock too.

I respect Ronnie as much as anyone but it rained last Tuesday night and we did not train. Weren’t out there for much longer on the Thursday in the inclement conditions again. It is this sort of weakness that will keep us at the base of the ladder. Waybacks who trained both night are calling us Soft as butter

Yeah RR thats weak as piss!!! I don't blame Waybacks for calling you soft. Is Ron Simpson is he Ron Simpson Jnr? I think i know his old man, Ron snr is an absolute legend. Yeah Andrew Jericho is doing really well, he hurt his shoulder against Bostons but it was only a slight strain and he went on to play mortlock and make EP so i think his form speaks for itself really. He's a champion bloke too.
