I doubt they would have done that when they'd won the last 3 premierships, already had about 10/11/12 non local players, and were sitting 2nd on the ladder ;)

Ewer 1
Schmidt 2
Mahony 3
Jacgodnick 4
Rigney 5
Rigney 6
Bayliss 7
Fraunfelter 8
Beard 9
Moller 10
Lyon 11
Stimpson?? 12
Fidge?? 13

Now I am saying you recruit well, But you also recruit big! There is also the fact that clubs like TBend & Jervois must recruit more players because they simply dont have the locals to fill sides anymore, but 11-13 recruits in 1 side is maybe 4 or 5 too many. Only my opinion

Are you guys sure you want to add to this list, with another bloke. Even if it is Woody?? If its not Woodhouse your talking about then thats even worse. DANGER DANGER. Thats 14 possibly 15 out of 21

Viney & Girardi are vgood, but blokes like Sykes, Koch(no points no cash from Mallee) so he can be forgiven, Zadow, Marchetti, Matchoss & Matthews are good players, but are they worth $$$$.

They have the best local list by far tho

O'neil 1
O'neil 2
Jackson 3
Morris 4
Button 5
Stevens 6
Dougall 7
Weyland 8
Paech 9
Bretag (early juniors I think) 10
Cowland 11
Mundy 12
Hein 13
Pfeiffer 14
Mason 15

A bit of a contrast to the earlier post. All these blokes played Juniors at the club, & I'm guessing wouln't be costing them a great deal, perhaps with the exception of Morris & Button

This is Ramblers local list

Very good point about how long at a club before considered local FIL. The one thing I would say makes you a local is after 4-5 years at a club, they stop putting their hand out for $$$$.

10 goal smashing again Jervois, Ramblers form side of the comp & rightly so.
Alot of work for the mighty Bluds to achieve the 5 in a row.
I don't know if they really have it in them tell you the truth, alot are resting on their asses & expecting things to happen, rather than going out & making it happen, if the first game wasn't a reality check, well what the f&*k was that?

RAMBLERS look like the real deal this year after they smashed the bluds, they deserve to be favourates this year .They have done the work .GB i know for a fact that 6 of these locals without button and morris are all high paid players ,is it about how much or about how many ?
