My point is some people in SA rave about Manou well their are some 2nd XI 'keepers who are arguably better than him (Smith NSW, Clingleffer Tas, and the young kid whe started off in vis side and then fell out of favour to a rejuvinated Croswhaite).
I'd have liked to see SA make a play for Clingleffer as he is a better gloveman and arguably a better bat than Manou now that he is seemingly out of favour in Tasmania.
bollocks to that. Manou is the far superior glovesman
Disagree brod- im tipping you havent seen much of clingleffer- he is a fantastic gloveman and a very solid dogged batsman- i was surprised Sa didnt make a play at him too.

Why are we recruiting players more players who have not been considered good enough to get a contract from their original state??

I agree with that point and I thought Clingleffer was more around the 25 yo mark which would make him more attractive.
I still think on the scale of 'keeper batsmen around this country Manou is a fair way down this list, IMO.
