I made 86* in a one day game in my last season of cricket (2005/06 against Berri), it was the highest score I'd made since being with my missus (we've been together since 1993).
I blame her for my cricket career falling by the way side!
They have a habit of that don't they, mine ruined my career by scoring a ton before me
Was that her putting them onto the Scout Hall roof at SAlisbury West No. 2 ?

Sorry, I reckon you went up the following year, it was div 3 though, did you only play out there when they got to div 2.

Danny Leverentz A's 2670 @ 34.67 61 wickets at 16.21 48 catches 4 stumpings.
Both played at Salisbury West so Ace might be able to provide via the roller.
Steve Holding over 10,000 runs
Nathan Petrus 3282 runs @ 41.54 6 100's 143 wickets @ 17.69

Both played Grade 1 at 14 year of age (Ozzie broke Drakeys record as youngest to play A's for Salisbury West)
If you are playing Grade 1 at 14, realistically you are not going to contribute for at least 3-4 years. So both these guys would've done nothing for at least 30 games. Imagine their averages if they started playing at 18 instead of 14 and not have those years finding their feet. I reckon Oz would be near 50 and Drakeys wickets per game would be even more incredible.
Thoughts ?

Agreed, but I suppose that's where you can break it down year by year. That's why I think anything above 30 is excellent, take into account how many times people get out in 1 dayers trying to push runs along, we don't have 5 day games where you can just plod along, even our 2 dayers aren't that much longer than a one-day international.
Games played are an important stat anyway, we actually have two sets of stats, A Grade only & combined, it highlights those who like to be champions in the lower grades compared to those who are willing to put there hand up and play where they are most needed.
