Ok guys, some serious thinking to do here. If a side folds or ammalgemates (Karoonda) what would you like to see your other clubs do??

1, Stay in Mallee 5 team comp
2, Peake, Lameroo merge & into RMFL
3, Murrayville, Pinnaroo Merge & into Indies or Riverland
4, BDT to RMFL or Tats

In the mallee's favour for a 5 team comp, is they have had a bye for years now PEAKE Its just that there would be no risk of injury this way

goldberg your a fair nob for saying its like having a bye playing peake if it wasnt for teams like peake in country footy there wouldnt be country footy. We would have one of the best supporter base in the comp and will out last most other sides in the mallee league

Big Dog The comment about Peake was very tongue in cheek boys, or cant any of you detect sarcasim. As for the Stan comments yesterday, I stand by them! Yes he is a good guy, but not a good footy guy!!

Anyhow, I love the Mallee FL & just want to know if clubs have a plan for the future. No use putting your head in the sand & saying "we'll be right", because other teams aren't. What you gunna do, play yourself.

There defintely has to be a plan put in place that all the teams agree on for the future...something to work towards...

If teams are serious about the longevity of the Mallee league they all need to get on the same page!
If we are all only concerned with our own clubs interest then that is not going to help anyone...
