Very interesting stats. Reckon you are right that the North v Central record at Elizabeth might get eclipsed in round 23.

As long as it doesn't piss down with rain, I think it should. I reakon there are a few others that might be broken, without analysing it too much.

North and Glenelg at Prospect
North and West at Prospect (Maybe, if both clubs turn out in force, North might do it alone)
North and Central at Prospect - I have a feeling there is no such meeting this year?
Glenelg and Central at Glenelg

No thankfully Central don't play North at Prospect this year. They seem to like playing at Prospect

As a matter of fact they seem to like playing North anywhere

D'oh! Just realised what you meant! Was a bit curious as to why you would want the Powers' crowd best and worst! :? I'll probably get them up later tonight. 8)

Excellent work Spelly :!:

Just one suggestion - I think it would be more reader-friendly if you put the highest and lowest totals into separate tables.

With the dodgy formatting on here, anything more than 3 or 4 columns tends to get difficult to read.

The North Norwood crowd at the parade is slightly disapointing.

It must be the fact theyve never been up there together since 89

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?

I would love to see the Excel squares be a part of the HTML on here - does anyone here know how to enable that?

No, that was their first game there. No other match has got even half that many since then.

I think you will find that the 10000 at Noarlunga was against Norwood. I was there unless I dreamt it of course.

I remember the lowest Norwood oval crowd of 1,825 against North in 2001.

It was the final round and the weather conditions was one of the worst I've seen there.
Anyway North won over the finals bound Norwood in a major upset, and handing Glenelg the wooden spoon that year.

It was against Glenelg, for sure. It must have been a dream, but I can't remember anyone on here saying they were at the game? Did anyone?

Remember that game well. Rain was coming in sideways for most of the night. I was standing in the outer and by the second half was just about by myself. Didn't have an umbrella either. Refused to move cos we were winning though. I've never been that drenched before in my life.

I remember that day very well. I was out helping at my old Primary School with an athletics day. (Both my brothers were still there at the time). A fine day, but around 2pm there was reports of a storm coming towards the area (just went through the city). About 15 minutes later, the wind picked up, and then all of a sudden it changed from warm to cold in one gust. The clouds had that green tinge to it, and just before the rain absolutely pissed down; the rest of the day (not much to go) was called off. Then came the lightning and thunder! I couldn't believe that match was still going ahead, given there was more rain to follow later.

The last few weeks of that season was some of the wettest weather I've ever seen.

I was there. It was the first game at Noarlunga. I still have the budget, and a number of newspaper clippings about the match and South's move to Noarlunga. Rest assured it was definitely against Glenelg!
