WEIGHT TIP 2

RELAXATION/MEDITATION

There is a consensus out there that a happy mind is MAinLy required for weight loss
There are a lot of everyday and other stresses that definitely 'weigh' up
Too often some depressive people eat
MEDITATION will almost definitely calm and destress a majority of people
You need good skills to master Meditation, there are classes available [tapes available at shops]
I concentrate on RELAXATION
I listen to soft music in a comfortable chair
Take one deep elongated breath, hold as long as possible and breathe out very slowly
During these sessions I focus on not eating rubbish foods or snacking poor foods between meals
Try reciting in your mind, I will not, I wont, I must not etc etc
It might work, it does to a certain degree with me.
Thats the good part, the bad is as soon as I stop the RELAXATION Im back to my norMAL self
Suggested techniques
Chair sitting = 10-30 mins
If you lie down doing these sessions must be below 20 minutes[as recommended to me]

94. Continuing to tread water. Sick and tired of people telling me I look different and have lost 5-6 kilos, because I haven't. I am told muscle weighs more, but I'm not sure where this alleged muscle is when I look.
