Looking at the games LF and TC are talking about...
Stringer best over the last two games...
Played Myponga- Laffin was named third best on ground??? Did they have a deal going to take it easy on each other???
Played Victor- Victor don't exactly have the best ruckman...what happened the week before against McLaren? They don't even have a ruck and he couldn't get in the best!

Same as Phil who you said killed Webb...Most have been seen differently from a Compass point of view as Webb was third best on ground for them!
I think Philp has the benefit of being the unknown a bit. Opposition ruckman wouldn't expect much out of the little pocket rocket, but the boy can jump.
How does he go around the ground Teflon...or should I ask Cuzzy seeing as your now involved with Victor...Bahahahaha

Philpy looked good around the ground against us...
I wouldn't be taking too much from the paper P32, I think you'll find there have been a lot of different players named in the Bays best week in week out. Could this be a ploy by their leadership group to fly under the radar or maybe everyone is contributing in patches but not consistantly?

Bored today Teffy??

Reckon he's having a bit of fun trying to hedge his bets BJ, after all it looks like it will either be Bays or Victor to fill the 5 so why not have a foot in either camp - Oh! unless your a coach of course  although you wouldnt want to be 6th. two years running.

It's funny you say that...I would've thought being a Victor Man..or Woman, that you would have a strong hatred for your rival club!!! Where does that leave Victor on the ladder then TC?
The only time i've ever been wrong...was when I thought I was wrong!!!

I'm not biased I just think the Bays have some more improving to do.

Encounter Bay are currently 4-3 and will be 4-5 at the halfway point of the season. They would need to improve substantially in the second half of the year to be sitting in the top 4. If the rumours are true regarding Marcus Burdett playing for Mt Compass for the rest of the year then I think that would give the dogs the boost they need to finish in 4th spot or higher. Encounter Bay will be battling it out with Victor (who they've already lost to) for the last spot in the finals I believe.

I agree Encounter Bay will probably loose the next three games as they will be playing Willunga, Strath and Langhorne Creek . From what I saw of them on the weekend they will struggle to match up with the teams higher up on the ladder.

I'd be more worried about how the Creeks are travelling as it wouldnt be out of the question that Encounter Bay may take the points next time. Its at Bay oval, the same oval that troubled a far greater Creek side in 07 and considering the Bays kicked themselves out of the contest with 3.6 in the last term of the first 08 encounter makes me think not all is lost for them just yet. Its going to be a big tussel for the five but you'd have to be a complete w%^ker to comfort yourself with the fact that spots 2-5 are all but set. Stranger things have happened.

I'm just an outsider that likes to see the under dogs get a bit of credit. After reading this site I thought the bays were supposed to be fighting off a bottom two finish and they were in so much trouble with everyone leaving and no ruckman and no this and no that.

You'd have to be an Eagle of the McLaren kind; Can you confirm that the following players spent long periods on the bay bench? O.Love, R. Love, R. Rankine, C.Littlely, J. Baggs and A.Philp.

Thats the report I got.

TC although you posting shit up here all day every day gives us something to read and talk about we can all see who you are, you don't fool anyone the same as when you logged in under FM!
I have seen the bays play a couple times this year and think they are playing great footy and have a better win loss ratio than predicted by most but as 'Limb' said the next three rounds will more than likely see you drop off the pace and victor and compass should win 2 out of the next 3.
Are you planning on gaining some inside info from being Simmo's puppet on the long weekend?

J.Baggs must have played pretty bloody well if he got BOG and spent most of his time on the bench??? :)

I don't think they spent long periods on the bench on the weekend, but i'm probably not the best to ask as I don't know all their names.

i sense some jealosy Kappars, maybe you are just pissed off because you are not simo's puppet and Bassani has acctually more knowledge of the game than you. I doubt it is him on here, last i heard he was paying off his rent from his coaching payments and living off barely nothing as he quit his job, dont reckon he could afford the internet.

So how many players are pulling the pin on next weekend's association game? Heard a rumour Burdett is playing.
Tips for this week- Compass by a ton, Creek by at least 15 goals, Willunga by 10-15 goals, Strath by 10 and Myponga by a goal.
