Sorry tiger but I think I'm missing something here. If LS are not going to benefit what is giving the rest 0.2 points going to achieve. Nothing alters.
And there is no way the other 4 sides should receive any benefit. LS "suffered" as a result of them playing a player not qualified. They deserve the points. Noone else. That they probably weren't going to beat them anyway is of no relevance.

Bostons wren't going to beat Waybacks that time either, however you were the ones that "suffered" as a result of W playing the extra man for a small period of time. You deserved the points. You got them - noone else.

You may need to think things thru a bit more before posting

Good work Steiger i couldn't have said it better myself, We are extremely lucky to get anything like that out of the game as we were comprehensively beaten. That extra u/17 most likely had no impact on the result. We played bad, they played well. They were managed poorly, bad luck Mallee Park, end of story!

we can only follow the guidelines in the rulebook this season. However if delegates decided to vote differently at the AGM we could see a 5 team competition in the future.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Meh the only thing i dont know about the game is what a bloody SWOOSK is.
You love hiding behind your little non identity so you can bag people on here, but they will find out one day that your a nobody that sits on the sidelines in your PL shirt that has probably never even played the game!

The Port Lincoln side in the paper looks good. Watherston is an addition, he should have been in the May game.

Dubious has been dissapointing this season for us and is in jepoardy of losing his spot in our side to Rob Gill. If PL want a good contest then Bascombe should come into calculations as there aren't many tougher and hard at it players than him on the EP.
I thought Whillas said everyone who played 2 weeks ago would be in the sqaud. Wheres Lamont?
McKinlay should be in that side plus Vonow and possibly Davey and Cima.

It would be nice to know the reason(s) the above 3 plus several others aren't playing

Ones to impress this year and who I rekn should be in the squad but are not include :
W - Brad Davidson
MR - Tokas (injured)
- Sarge (injured)
- T Brooks (fishing)
- C Brooks (inj)
MP - M Burgoyne jnr.
- D Wanganeen
- A Betts
- B Johncock Jnr,
B - T Hull
- S Singh (maybe)
- J Harvey (probably not in good enough form at the mo)
LS - Jamie Kidney
- D Dunn
- A Story
T - H McKinlay
- A Vonow

Ones who I am surprised are in and maybe shouldn't be include :
T Rawson (fringe)
Dale Bascombe
R Myers (probably looking for him to play full back though)
L Watherston
M Bates
S Wake
M Kilsby

There is your squad of 38 (excluding injured players from MR) ladies and genmtlemen.
Sensible discussion sought. !!!

There was a bit of sledging at Wangary on Saturday according to my work colleuge. MR’s wanted young Kaden Hulls head taken off, went on all day!! A couple of injured senior palyers at the caravan that were intoxicated said to much. They became much quiter in the final qauter. Zoomer came out after game on oval, shook some hands no worries but turned his back on young Kaden, left his hand out high and dry!! what are your thoughts eski?

Mal Miller has left tigerland also according to my work collegue. Expected pay when he was out injured. Club not giving in this time and no one has been to see him, 'can’t be bothered with mercenaries ' was the comment from him about the situation!!!
