I only heard of one out for them during the week and that was Ben Dougall so there goes 2-3 goals but you think there must of been more outs or mannum played some really hard football.

Yeah South Adelaide did the wrong thing in this situation I feel. They asked the Bluds to pay a clearance fee which the club disagreed on, as according to the head coach Cahill Frauny was free to leave and go and play at Jervois, to only then have the administration start money grubbing! South gave Jervois a couple of ultimatums which they met and theyn still they refused to clear him to Jervois. Let's just say next game against Ramblers Frauny will definitely be helping out the old bloke!!! :finga:

their results are not in the paper but i heard it was only 4 points the difference. unsure of any outs
and mannum were meant to be back to full strength.

They told the club they wanted something in writing agreeing to their terms by COB Friday before they would clear him. The Bluds did this and they still wouldn't clear him.

The relations between south and the bluds have been very good over the years, Woodhouse in 04 played at bluds till half way threw the season while still training with south then told he wouldnt be getting agamewith them .Then quit ,2weeks later south lost players through injurys ,He was asked back he went with the bluds blessings ,and with working together thebluds let himgo back .He played 2 grand finals that year winning 1 of them .There is all more to this then on the surface ,they need to sit down and work at whats best for the player .The bluds arenow being coached by a guy that gave alot ofservice to south as ajunior ,league, reserves is this how they repay that ,south ,bluds get together work it out . money ,money, money ,thats all anyone talks about .ON THIS Forum the so called smart people have bashed it ,bashed ,bashed, bashed it try another way guys now to pull the bluds down .

As for Schenscher as Assoc. coach, yes it does seem funny to not give it to a head coach. Especially when the guy they do give it to is still involved with a club at a coaching level to some degree. If they are going to go down this track, give it to someone not currently coaching at all in this league, but who still has the credentals. At least they have the Mypo head coach involved. I think he was an assistant last year aswell.

Tailem had the bye, Ramblers apparently beat Mannum by less than a goal.

I would have thought someone like Tim Richards, (if Sturt would allow) or Ray Billing(again if sturt would allow) would be good choices if on this tangent. Even someone like Totham (Awsome country footballer) from Imps years ago who is involved in town footy now would be great

Yeah Tim Richards would be good, but maybe he's too busy with Sturt juniors. And Totham is the boss of Sturt i think so prob wouldn't have time.
