We started with 15 players and by the second quarter had three injuries and played the rest of the game with 12 players. :) The boys battled it out and did not drop their heads.

nah Benny G's kick was from about 45 - 50m out into a 5 goal breeze go didnt have much chance there, on a dry day or with the wind he probs would have nailed it but not against the breeze!!

games or most went to plan. i see the wheels have fallen off mitcham big time. but heccies seem to be improving...it looks like gg v ttg r 9 will be a good game. playing for outright top and poss undeafeated after the 1/2 way mark....i think the year may end up like this.. gg modbury ,ttg ,hope v, adel uni. as the top 5...heccies, mitcham, kenil and ingle farm will fight out the w spoon....bye wont win. golden gr and modb to play in gf,,and the weather will dec the winner......may be early but cant see much changing.....id be surprized if kenilw field a c gr side again this year...A s are getting flogged as are the B s. 1/2 the c grade playing b s inc tomo. i was exp big things fr kenil this year. there was talk of a 4 th side last year. whats happened

A's and B's had a few out so some of the boys from the C grade had to step up and help out in the B's on sat, also after the games against Hope Valley Kenilworth C's had a few injured players come out of it, they should be back very soon though

the C grade will be back on the back this week, we had the numbers to play but the B's were short so SAAFL rules state that you must forfeit your lower side.

Not only common sense, but would be considered cheating if it was done otherwise, IMO.

I think kookas is saying that as the B grade was short a few of the C grade had to step up, but now the B graders that was out last week sould be back this week so all grades can be filled

interpretation: our b grade side was made up of blokes who normally wouldn't get a game of b grade...
