You could be right 151, the sooner Andrew Bevis gets back on the park for the lions the better... they lack potency up forward and are a tad one dimensional with gerardis, who by all reports had a barry crocker on the weekend...

From southern most team to northern most team:

South Gawler
Gawler Central
Willaston
Barossa Districts (Lyndoch and Williamstown)
Tanunda
Nuriootpa
Angaston
Freeling (although more on the western side of the Barossa)
Kapunda

Centrals play at the gawler dog track.
Barossa play mostly at Williamstown with two or three each year at Lyndoch

South Gawler are definitely on the ropes but with Andrew Bevis back this week and Matthew Lutze set to make his mark on the BL&G they should still be aiming for the play offs in september. They have a tough draw though, Willaston-Tanunda-Freeling-Angaston. Gawler Centrals got put back in their place last weekend by the Bulldogs i reckon the 2nd, 3rd and 4th spot in the finals should be a great tussle!

These days most of the fireworks happens in amongst the South Gawler midfield between Coombs and Makris!!

Souths midfield disposed of the donnybrooks' last time in the trial even without Aaron Bevis running around, hopefully Coombs & Makris can work in harmony, both on the hotdog stand & the field..

G Central v Nuriootpa

No real surprises from the weekend's games. Willaston and South had yet another close battle. Their rivalry is still as strong as ever

Willaston put out a statment in the barracker about David Kellet not having any drive for footy anymore and that is way he has given up the game. They siad that he was not looking to go to a new club.
this made front page.

Good move by Willaston, get on the front foot and try to stop the rumours.
Interesting game this week Angaston V Freeling, crunch time for both clubs.
Barossa V Willaston should paint a picture for the future too.

Saw the Tanunda V Angaston game on Saturday, Angaston had a fair crack at Tanunda, they will still win a few games this year. Bit of argy bargy at half time. Some big bloke got reported for Angaston, which could hurt them for a few weeks. Big crowd.

Heard Kapunda gun and Mail Medallist Mick McCarthy has done his knee & could be hanging up the boots.
Could be the end for one of the best players in the BL&G
