What are you on about Dingalinga??? Who was bagging Portland players??? I was only correcting some comments that were poorly researched my friend. Maybe you should do some research yourself. And true, Portland is in Victoria and USA. Well done! It is also in South Australia though. Quite a history behind it too. Look it up.

The Trevor Smith comments were a wind up - know him well. Might want to check your facts on the coach bagging though. Will accept apology when you have.

Thanks to BM for Gepps Cross wrap-up. He does an excellent job as coach. Would like to point out, though, that the Gepps Cross Football Club and the Gepps Cross Junior Football Club are totally separate bodies. We don't use our juniors fees to 'prop up' the senior club. That's why we can keep fees under $60.00 per kid and give them $40 worth of goodies free. Every cent we make goes back into the GCJFC. Although we are fielding 9 teams this season, we actually have enough players to field 11. In 2002 we had 88 players, in 2005 151 and 220 in 2006, so far. who said junior footy's struggling!! G/Grove and TT Gully are booming too.

Great game PHOS vs. Mdbry but struggle to understand Mdby coaches tactics. Got what he deserves. This weeks games should be fantastic. Phos vs. Scotch and TTG vs. Gepps. Anyone heard about injuries and/ or availablity this weekend of Pentelow for Scotch, Phillips and Ladhams for Gepps and Vanistell, Jones, Peacock and Williams for TTG. All is good at the land of the Phantom!
