Shrek didn't directly call the big chap ugly he just inferred that the women supporter's standards out at Salisbury West would exclude him from any extra marital affairs.

As for the truth, I've heard it a couple of times now but I'm sure someone will know. Wonder if the deal included his right hand man Luke??

It wouldn't hurt him to go back to his grassroots and help them out, we never see enough of big name players going back to where they started out.

New topic
At the Walkerville v Salisbury West game the SW team officials told the Walkies camera man that he wasnt allowed to tape their A grade game and the SAAFL official at the game agreed with the SW bloke so no tape of the game was made. Apparently the reason was because SW has juniors playing in the a grade team, but i cant see how that will be a good reason not to tape the game.
would've been interresting if one of the SW, or even Walkies players belted some one and there is no footage because SW didnt want the game taped.

There may be a blanket rule about taping minors to stop paedophiles. Bit ridiculous to be applying it to an A grade game. SW were probably just planning on punching on. Have any of their old players come back yet, and who is coaching them at the moment?

Where has Pag gone? Is there a media ban in place at Salisbury?

Yes, it is ridiculous considering Big Al travelled out to Salisbury Oval on ANZAC Day to watch the Salisbury showdown, the grassroots camera was allowed to go to the Salisbury West huddle during the quarter time breaks.

I heard some reports during the week that ex Uraidla 100 goal full forward Joel Brown trained with Walkerville recently and was offered some big dollars to play with the cats but turned them down. Can any Walkies guys confirm this?

Match of the round this weekend - battle of the parks - Flinders vs Eastern - are they both the real deal? Big turn around this year for Flinders Park - are they capable of inflicting the first defeat for the Eastern boys? Wet day will suit the EP onballers - i.e. Walasek?

Cant confirm the Walkies thing, but can confirm that Uraidla told Brown not to come back until "he has sorted himself out". I think they were half expecting him to rock up on on Athelstones doorstep.

I don't see why he wouldn't have taken the dollars just quietly. Most clubs would have settled into some sort of pattern of normality by now. Don't need a loose cannon upsetting that.

We will win, very confident. Donnelly not to get a kick, crack the poos and drag himself halfway through the third quarter.
