ok, so we both have examples- I was the one asked to provide one, as I made a statement- I was able to back up the statement.

I am not condoning any on field violence, & it would be rich of me to suggest that the 16 year old bit off more than he coud chew, when I'm suggesting that my incident was unprovoked... onwards & upwards- all the best to you guys for the rest of the year.

gothebombers wrote:well r 5 is coming up and some interesting games i think modbury will give heccies their second 20 goal loss in a row.. with big benny kicking 10..i think ttg will do the valleys by 8g. for tomo kenilworth will give him their first win of the year by 3 goals and golden grove will inflict mitchams 2nd loss in a row by 7 goals. uni can have a week off and study the laws of drinking. why is this so. dah dont know

looks like heccies put up a better show but modbury too good(bad kicking) and hope v put up a great show to lose by 11 pts, well done kenilworth and golden grove smashed a disappointin mitcham by 16 goals.next week i think we ll find out the premiership fav s when golden grove and modbury clash. i think g grove may be just a little too good, at the moment

yes it was a very good day at st marys park, the kookas got up by 3 goals. we had to fight hard all day and then ran over ingle farm in the last quarter with a good team effort. will be a good game versus hope valley next week.

Of what i have heard, heccies were a lot better then recent weeks, and put up a good fight, but by all reports modbury should of won by more, but kicking 1 goal 8 in the first term doesnt help! yes, big game coming up there, will be a good game, apparently modbury a lot bigger and taller then golden grove but golden grove alot quicker so should be a cracker of a game!! modbury in a close 1 for me!

im sure itll be a great game,,,, good test for golden grove as all but hope valley the rest of the teams so far have been very ordinary, very surprised how bad mitcham was, but 12 goals is the closest anyone has got so far. gg are very young but itt will be interesting to see how they go against the bigger bods like modbury. time will tell

this would have been a perfect example for the SAAFL to wipe out the crap and show the right ruling. Striking 6 games + Kicking 4 games = 10 games suspension. If he gets another 6 games from the tribunal at a later time, his SAAFL career is over.

his name has been put in the inactive players list , which means he has to be re reg to play again. simple thing of filling in form etc. if heccies were smart they piss him off for good. just make sure he doesnt head to the valleys. hes a L C

If anyone from Kennilworth wishes to discuss the matter, please do so via PM (to me), as this thread is about what Kennilworth (& other clubs) are doing this year.

if you are going to mention kenilworth in vain, make sure you spell the name right. The incident happened last year, lets get on with talking about 2008.

ok this week we see gg taking on the mighty hawks and in a close one ill go for gg by 2 goals, uni and heccies will fight out for uni to win by a couple on the big uni oval, after a great show last week h v to bounce back and win by a couple over kenilworth and ttg will continue the farmers woes and stay top and farmers will stay bottom.... also on the other subject about fitzroy and the kookas well that was in the past. fitzroy are in c4 now so this year ,dont play each other, so lets concentrate on c5 hey

they are travelling good but the opposition so far have been pretty ord with hope valley being the best but still beat them by 12 goals,,,, still think its a 3 horse race but will see this week. im glad we need a test coz after modbury we have kenilworth and ingle farm that are not travelling too well , then r9 its ttg.im hoping the games going to be a cracker at modbury, as the whole club is doing very well

great game today between modbury and golden grove! tough all day as expected, and under a kick decided the result. modbury lead most of the day in a low scoring game but GG pinched the win with about a minute to go! next time these two team meet will be a cracker. i think if it was dry weather football, modbury would have won but not taking anything away from the young GG team, they will play a big part comes final times as will modbury and TTG.

Well done to my boys this week for fighting out the game.
We started with 15 players and by the second quarter had three injuries and played the rest of the game with 12 players. :) The boys battled it out and did not drop their heads.
