I missed our A grade game on saturday because of a wedding so I can't give you any comments. The B grade played pretty well though!!

What happened hawk? Just one of those days...? Big game this week vs Westminster

Quichey, tough draw in the next four weeks with 3 top 5 sides and a competitive Glenunga away. Could get ugly. What's going on up there? Injuries?

Heccies and CLG the teams to beat...

One of those days? Can you have them 2 weeks in a row? Very undermaned at the moment, but still have to put 21 out there and they are expected to compete. Probably in a similar situation as Hougton at the minute.

Scottroo, how do you rate Hope Valley compared to the other teams you have played?
We are a drinking team with a football problem!

bartman...weve played all teams in the top 5....lockleys, wesminster, hope valley and heccies so its been a hard run for us, had our fair share of injuries, westminster beat us but i dare say we played better then them for 70 percent of the game then stopped when it mattered...lockleys are a quality team but lack a big defender and a big forward....heccies we were very undermanned and it was a wet windy day so i cant count that, hope valley had some huge blokes and played some good footy....in my opinion there the best weve played this year...

Nathan's words, could've just been a very bruised and bloody nose.

Thats what i mean i dont recall any blood. Doesnt matter we were more annoyed the way they went about the whole thing. History now anyway but is a bit of fuel. You on Asinari tomorrow?

Ha, you reckon I would've let that old fart kick goals on me, don't think so :D

I suppose yesterday's comment was made out of frustration, it's still early and there's plenty of games to be won. Lack of depth at Houghton has never been a secret and injuries are hurting, but so is the lack of form in some players. That's all I'll say, shouldn't be venting myself on here.

I note that West Croydon had a player Bryant in their goalkickers, is that the much travelled Nathan Bryant? If so, how many clubs does this guy play with in one season? talk about the wanderer, he's a classic :? :?

Ha I got picked up that one as well. So Its been 3 weeks since N.Bryant wore the Gum gurnesy. About the right time I would think to be expecting a return to West Croyden.

So what was, "talk about the wanderer, he's a classic" meant to be? A statement or a question? If you were asking a question, perhaps wait for the answer before you make "a statement".

My goodness, aren't you a genius! I'll get Charlie to put some extra smarties in your pay packet the next time you get in the best players as payment for the lesson in grammar. Didn't think the HV Demons were that clever
