That will get answered in series 2 !! Condello gets popped the night after having dinner with Gatto... :-k :-k
Apparently series 2, will filling in the story line a bit more, so the other stuff that happened will be covered.

Means the whole cast including Alphonse gets to return

Just hope that "Happy Finish" massage girl returns =P~

Very good episode to end the series...

Ch 9 Adelaide tonight have at 1030pm "Underbelly Uncut" for 2 hours.

Wonder if this is just the repeats of the original series under the new name as the dvd's are out for sale or is it the episodes that are for sale with the deleted scenes?

Was the uncut version last night any different to the previously aired episodes? I didn't notice anything new. I reckon they should give an alternate ending on the DVD. The final scene where they all walk over the hill has to be the shittiest in history. Looked like something out of a spaghetti western. They should have stuck to keeping it real.

Did anyone actually get their hands on any of the first release of the DVD's. I see some outlets are advertising them again, is the 2nd release out?

Was lucky enough to get mine on pre-order through Ezy DVD, was in the top 75 on the list so got it the day after the final episode went to air. Watched the whole series in two nights that weekend with a mate from Pt Lincoln who hadn't seen any. Didn't notice too much difference with the uncut versions though, although hard* to tell.....

I reckon the 'Uncut' tag is a bit of a marketing gimmick really.
There isn't much that can't be shown on TV these days compared to say 10-15 years ago.

So I wouldn't expect much -a few seconds extra here and there would be about it.
If anyone notices some real differences though, then post away.
