SPEL CHECK

I am amazed at the Passador stats

11 goals and 10 points.

I rate him as one of the straightest and
best kicking forwards around.

Keep up the great stats SC a pleasure
reading your posts.

27 shots at goal in 3 games, if he can keep that up, and last weeks accuracy, could see the ton

No worries. I like to think that stats like these are a good advertisement for this site and the SANFL in general.

Onto Passador, I have noticed he has missed relatively easy shots over the past few weeks, which is unlike his generally straight kicking.

Do you think he would play up forward for the rest of the season, or will he be moved around a bit?

I reckon he will moved around a bit, with the form he's showing at the moment, you could play him nearly anywhere.

That's the trouble in trying to kick a ton over the past ten years (Hodges was the last to do it in 1996). Only Schell and Waterhouse would be the most likely as you rarely see them get moved around.

great stat SC....that just shows us that sturt lack another quality key forward option...chambo has done bloody well with the little help he has got...jarjoura is almost forced to be the other key forward but is best used in the guts or a flank...

this shows the serious deficiency(ies) that sturt have this year.

the failure to secure adam lange at the beginning of last year after he was almost set to sign was and still is a heart breaker...

we wont be moving anywhere fast if our lone big target down there is chambo..coad would be a great ally but unfortunately he is our key backman due to the other lack of talls at the other end of the ground.

having blokes like bowen, feast, toby down there are only stop gaps and wont do the trick over the season...

its depressing, i know.

Nick may be moved around but he will always be close enough to the goals to regularly score I think, especially now we have two good ruckmen in our side. If he had kicked straighter he would be flying out in front.

Welldone to spelly for actually including Gilly too!

Joe Pedler took his career tally to 0.2 after scoring a behind yesterday. He has now played 84 games without scoring a goal.

Think Jody Arnol did the same one yr Jimmy, dunno if we'll ever have a 100+ from a spoon side in the SANFL(or any other decent leauge for that matter!!) like Pecker Trevor Pierson in 1982 though.
