Not sure that you can accurately judge a bunch of blokes after playing 1 game against them. Poor form. There wasn't any drink posting going on at 12:24am was there Fuzzy?

The trouble with people that make comments like this, is that they are usually the blokes who don't hang around and have a drink with the opposition. One of the things that is letting country footy down!
Much better to play hard and then enjoy the refreshing ale and a laugh after than to play hard and be arrogant about a win or sulky about a loss.
This is where country footy is at its best. 8)

I don't believe C Richardson will play. Hasn't played at all this season and I am lead to believe will possibly not be able to play for a while. Shoulder problems.
Otherwise will be great to see the Mallee side at full strength for a change. Would take some beating.
Must be careful not to underestimate the Riverland side though.

Interesting to see him named in the squad without having played a game...

I thought selections were actually meant to be based on form? Bit rough to pick C.Richardson ahead of another considering no one has even seen him play this year... I'm not doubting that he could not fill a roll in the association team but surely players should have to prove themselves worthy of being considered. The mallee selection baffles me sometimes.

This weeks games:

Murrayville v Peake. The doggies will be desperate for a win and if we build on last weeks improvement should get the bikkies at the MCG

BDT v Karoonda. BDT will have a nice training run this weekend.

Pinnaroo v Lameroo. Lameroo have been quietly racking up the wins and should be too strong even away from the wide expanses of home. Match of the round.

It seems they pick on reputation not form, but with only 3 rounds played who can blame the selectors.

Must have left just before you then Fuzz. Was a long trip home anyway! Must agree that the riverland boys were a bit cocky. I don't think I've seen so many blokes walking around that just stepped out of a Magazine photo shoot. But they did give us a fair touch up. Their right to be a bit cocky.
Just have to see if i can get myself a new wardrobe to wear after the game. Providing we win this year 8)
