big call steigs. i'd like to see them against the tumby side from last year.

i'd like you to see them play too then you could see first hand the outstanding standard because you were nowhere near good enough to even go close to ever going over there for a game!!! the 19's would beat them, totally agree with steiger and we would both know as we know what the standards like....you wouldn't have a f*#king clue! stay in your little fantasy land at ungarra!

1 day when you get your head out of your arse you can go get a room with steigs in "under19 fantasy land"

steakn if you think hs or noble would make that team you have obviously been up in fairy land at ungarra too long aswell! i reckon North on reputation should make it but ah pretty hard to perform in such a weak side but don't agree with kidney.

and i agree with you guys that lincoln rep footy has been weak, none of the lads see it as a honour or anything special to get picked and represent lincoln, most of us young guys couldn't care about playing as i have said there is no honour or sense of pride in representing lincoln, we look more forward to the weekends partys and catching up with all the people out and about on the town!

so you pick association teams on reputation do you, thats a good thing to do, dont reward the prefoming blokes for someone that has played good in the past.....

so you were 1 of the blokes that couldnt be fukd playing for your association??? but your still young enough to be HEAVILY involved in the under 19, so you must have been a gun to turn down assocition level footy over the last few years at the age of what 17 and 18 ?????? or maybe your older and just hang around wishing you could have been something your not!!! i never went to adelaide, never was good enough to go either and quite frankly if your the sort of dik head supporters over there , then im glad i didnt!!.......

Therin lies the PLFL's problem. The sooner you young bucks of Port Lincoln get that mentality out of your thick skulls the better off you will be as people, your rep footy side won't be embarrassed year in year out and hell maybe it would flow on into other sports too.

steakn wrote:CU you must be talking about another signing that i'm not aware of. Keep your eyes open. As for the whole Pickett deal, I don't think its overly fair that he should be able to play assoc is it? He hasn't down anything for it(assoc) in recent years and will only be taking someones spot who most likely deserves it! :( djd, as for that GF side, would Fraser, Noble or Telfer deserve a spot this year? btb's side wasn't as good as i think it could be (maybe include North and S Kidney) not far off though. But if thats roughly how it is going to look, it'll be an absolute cracker!!! :D

fair comment steakn, but my reasons are this, noble didn't make the squad, so couldn't anyway, telfer ihavn't seen him in the best players as yet, don't worry i think he is an excellent player and he will probably be in the final mortlock squad, HS he said in a earlier post that his form wasn't good enough and minard is a quality ruckman. i also forgot about cougers forward brad white who is in great form but not sure who to drop.

I think the GFFL will be in for a big shock as Pickett stated to the PL coach tonight that he is available next week also. We will put GF in their box this year \:D/ .

Neither of them were named in our side. only one pickett in this week.

Hang on a minute there HS I want to know who I'm sleeping with first before I do. And unless he's a she ????? - snowballs chance in hell. LOL

In regards to DB playing for LS this weekend. That's a pity in one way cos it says something about the lack of players and/or depth at the club when a retired player has to pull on the 'A' grade jumper. Also it won't do his coaching any favours having to play and he will need good support from his staff on the bench. On the other hand it would be good to see one of the best full forwards, and THE best kick for goal in this league in recent years, playing. Reckon he should not have retired anyway. Still has a lot to offer.

South have a heap out this week and the club have called in veterans Bryant, Akhurst and even AG. Les Dennis will have all the answers on the bench

Correct me if Im wrong but Tasmans v's Marble Range is tomorrow night under lights is it not??

I really cant understand why the night game has gone to a saturday when all other night games have been on friday nights. Playing tonight would have given the PLFL the only chance it will ever have of not going up against an AFL game...so what do they do...put the game up against the VIC v's Dream Team game.

Is there any good reason why the game is tomorrow?
