I am aware that Kenny is playing for Tailem Bend but im not aware of any clearance issues.

I think an Adult can get a clearance wherever - the issue is regarding Junior players where clubs can refuse a clearance. I am not 100% sure on any differences between junior/senior palayers or any age limits.

Football is football a game people play for enjoyment and mateship. Anybody should be able to play wherever they want with who ever they want.
This business of clubs holding players clearances is utter crap. Why stop someone from playing football what do they actually benefit if they dont want to play for you why not clear them your not gaining anything but a bad name as bad sports its just another way of behaving like children grow up and let people play football where they want go and find some players who want to play for your club!

Well said JS no club has the right to hold someone out of footy if they dont want to play for that club.I realy dont know what sort of message this is sending to the other leagues inthe state and its players ,some of theclubsin the RMFL are struggling to get players from out side this league toplay for them maybe the stance one club has taken over the past two years and now again has hurt theRMFL

Bandit will be fill you in a bit more as he follows meningie but over the years the saddlier brothers have always been around their top handfull of players. their captain evan arnold? is a great player, hard but fair and is probably the pick of their players this year.
they do have some good juniors playing at the moment also but am unsure of their names

I think its Evan Smith, yeah hes probably the Bear's best player. They've also got a bloke by the name of Lewis (not sure of first name) who i think is new to the club and is quite handy as a key forward or ruckman i believe.

floataboy, have you heard whether or not Michael Sumner's clearance to Tailem was allowed?

Haven't seen them play, my guess is that they've gone slightly backwards, although its hard to tell given that a few of the other clubs such as TB have improved a little bit.

The Bears had a guy by the name of Neil Tee last year, i'm not sure if he's playing again this year, he was handy in front of goal, but haven't seen him in the results so far this year. I think they've also lost their full back from last year Stenner, to Kingston, plus their ruckman Morris. They looked to have picked up a few young players, but my guess is that they're not quite as good as 07, as can be seen from the results where they've really struggled with their goalkicking, i think they most goals they've kicked all year for a match is 7.

Yeah Jack Lewis is the new guy as far as i know. Grew up in Meningie and moved to town at under 14's age. Was playing with North Adelaide as far as i know. Havent seen him for years but must be pretty handy. Evan Smith would be close to the most experienced there and has always been a good footballer.

They have a lot of young local kids playing and good on them. I think Chad Thopre is still running around down there two. Very handy player
