They are not beyond the other three. They get a decent contribution from any and all of their 21 players. The next three rounds will show how good they really are.

so are you saying that hawkseye is your b grade coach from last year...

...which would make him this years A grade coach?

HAWKEYE and HAWKSEYE are not the same person, its all in the spelling. hawkeye was alan someone, correct me if im wrong axe

Yeah nice try, gtb

spoke to a colonel light player that day and they apparantly had 6 quality a graders missing!

Heccies had at least 6 different players against us last week than the week before against CLG. Still no excuse for losing by 19 goals.

EVERY club in EVERY grade always has players missing from week to week. It's very rare to get your absolute best 21 on the park all at the same time. We had 5 first choice players missing against Houghton, do you think the margin would have been more than 150 odd points if those players were in - I doubt it! Would CLG have won by more against Heccies with those 6 players in? Hard to say...

...It's the ability of those that step up from the b grade and perform on the day that is the difference between the top sides and the bottom sides. If those blokes perform, you can't really say you had six missing, because they performed just as well if not better than the blokes they were in the side for. A grade sides need to perform with what they've got on the day and win, lose, or draw, it's irrelevant how many are missing!

this week got another 2 new players playing, prob will play A grade but hard to say also got at least 1 or maybe 2 coming back from injury who both played A grade in round 1, is going to make for a very strong B grade team atleast

could of had three pair of brothers in heccies As but only had 2 and a half
