New Simpsons Episode- 6/5

Postby Brock Landers » Wed May 07, 2008 1:53 pm

I watched the new Simpsons episode on ch 10 last night and I was extremely disappointed. I didn't laugh out loud once, and I'm a dedicated fan. I think that it's time to end it before it becomes embarassing for the creators. Any thoughts?

Missed the most recent episode but I think that they've been going downhill for the last few years.

Family Guy has surpassed The Simpsons as my favourite cartoon comedy...

What was it about?
I haven't seen it much since Flander's wife died. (been o/s) What little I have seen of this latter period pales in comparison to the earlier works.

I never even saw that episode actually. I just read about it in a magazine.

Found this on wikipedia, for those interested:

Maude died after being knocked off a grandstand by a t-shirt cannon which was fired at, and missed Homer, at the Springfield Speedway. Homer had parked in the ambulance zone, preventing any quick resuscitation.

Missed the first episode but last night's episode was brilliant.
I especially liked the evolution bit in the opening title.
