Tough round this one. I hope at least one of you get through. I hate the "everyone loses play again" rule.
If you all screw up you should have to do "rock paper scissors" and finish it quick so we can start again the next week.
My upset this round would be West to beat Port. Don't know why, it just seems possible.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Hadn't contemplated that, good point. If it does happen this week then I will run with the old rule, but will think of an alternative before next week.

if i can add my 2 cents worth, i think if no one picks a winner then on to the next competition. i know its different to last year but a wins a win

I'll conjure up some way to manufacture a winner. Looking at the tips in this week, I don't think it will be something to worry about just yet.

I was thinking about it in the bath just before.
I reckon if everyone goes out in the same round, then they should also tip a points margin for the next round. Whoever goes closest to the winner and margin wins the competition outright. A bit like a golden goal, or a penalty shoot out, but at least we get to decide a winner out of the remaining tipsters (who are technically all losers seeing they all screwed up in the same round).
In addition, the second slaughter competition could begin concurrently with the tie-breaker round. In effect, tipsters involved in the tie-breaker could also paticipate in the second slaughter comp' in the same round.
Quite a productive bath I think...
