A grade 8pm reserves 6.30pm

No verbal agreements in PLFL steakn we have some credability and professionalism. He was not cleared at the time of the game, end of story!~

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Reminds me of the old bank days when you would send a new entrant to another bank or post office to get a verbal agreement form.
Once we a sent a new entrant to the NAB branch to get their general ledger so we could balance it with ours. Shock horror when she actually returned with their ledger bucket and proudly walked up to the branch accountant with it. Seemed she got served by a lad who was a new entrant at the NAB branch. After their embarrassment they ended up dating amongst other things.
Then there was always sending them for a long wait.
Any others ?

PLCA just a few months ago ... Jake McCann cleared to Tod River on an apparent verbal agreement after the cutoff date for clearances (and to this date no one at SES has ever seen a clearance form). Jake going to Toddies was never an issue, but the PLCA have stated that verbal clearances are now acceptable.

What about the one where you get an apprentice to go to Mitre 10 and ask for a can of striped paint.
