It's probably likely that the two that are taken out of the 23 would be Mackie and Gogoll - both named in each team.

So the backline should read P.Stewart McEntee Biagi, and therefore Gogoll is an out? I haven't got that e-mail, so I couldn't say myself. ;)

Although Paul Stewart is back in the team, do you think that Cupido should be up forward to try and exploit what still is our weakness?

I think the west coach may want Cupido away from Groecke after what happened in the trial earlier in the year.

Well, the situation at the moment means that we can go 5th with a win (although with one game more played than North and Port) or 8th with a loss, or even 9th pending on how big the loss is. Remembering the corresponding match last season, West are a threat.

And lose here and we run the risk of being 1-7 after 9 rounds.

It's a must win. Sturt, Central, Bye then North coming up - if we don't win this one we're not going anywhere this year. I'm starting to like the look of our team though. Be interesting to see if Cica is still one of the best going around or if he fades away this year.
