Cove by about 13 Goals. Travelled out Reavills had their own footys Ramsay was on fire early and the new recruit Size was very good, really did set up the win for Cove even with what has been said about him. Porties had a few really young blokes play well that was about it for them.

That was a quote in regards to McKee. I am guessing that thoughts may be different after his effort on the weekend?

Good to see victories for Morphie Park and Aldinga. Magic Man i hope you get round to apologising for slagging me off for picking the Twisties over Lonsdale!!

Emus beat Marion fairly comfortabley, i hope Marion are paying Stokes by the goal (and not be the pound) as didnt see much of him, and the much talked up Wes Bilney was fairly quiet as well.

Would have loved to see the Brighton vs Reynella game, but we'll get a good look at Brighton this Friday!

Ha ha never!
Lions to bounce back with a 10 goal + win this week both grades

Mex have you heard of any unsettling down your way?
Not stirring the pot have heard a couple people now say they are a bit sick of a few things and know for a fact that one met with Christies last night. Just checking your thoughts, pretty handy A grader I would have thought to.

Dont worry about that RF, Morphies just sent a representetive down to Christies to offer them the "unsettled" Zelezny Chucks as trade bait for this new McKee bloke. Alas we were told they werent interested!!

Yes it seems a few of the OS recruits are still battling jetlag, but doctors tell me jetlag is far easier to shake than the acute psychological disorder that is plaguing Mr Chucks....

Also i should let you know it wasnt McKee but actually Screach we were trying to unload you for. We were still told in no uncertain terms to "shove it."

Ha hey Rodney, can you tell us the name of this Emu who was alledgedley meeting with Christies last night? Or at least PM me it to me?

News to me mate... All i can say is that we have had pretty large numbers all pre-season, never really going under 40 odd every night, coming into round 1 the obvious squeeze happens and i am certain there will be some blokes that think they should be playing in a different grade, could honestly say both sides picked were quite fair and reasonable, so maybe someone has sour grapes and thinks they may be better than they are, everyone has had the opportunity to prove themselves over this period... What i will say is to watch the "Boot" in the next week or so for the return of a "rumoured" retired player. He has been back on the track and keener than ever, multiple A grade premiership player... Appreciate it is probably the right thing to do not to mention the player, but if you would like a honest description of what the player is like i would be happy to oblige PM style...

I watch Hallet Cove train the other night and although it was only one session, they had a solid number training. Id say there would of been 50 out there (at least) they looked very sharp.

Cant honestly say yet Fly looked alot Sharper and ran alot more but then again Porties never gave much of a boo. Bennett played one and abit quarters heard he has been slowed by a knee?

Fly what has happened to Cece came out last year then went missing after a few games havent seen him since?

Yeah I have heard he has committed to Christies, he is a starter in the A grade. Obviously with their numbers and depth it's not a major worry to them I was just curious about if anyone else was feeling the same, probably not theres always the odd one or two. You can send them our way if there are
