Spelly, in the Under 19s for 1952, Norwood defeated Port Adelaide in the GF, and North Adelaide finished 3rd.

I don't have any scores, but it was recorded in "North's Record-Making Year - The Story of North Adelaide Football Club's 1952 Premiership Year" that - The N.A. Senior Colts were third in their competition, losing to Norwood by 3 points in the Preliminary Final as a curtain-raiser to the League Grand Final

1st Semi: Norwood 13.5 Torrens 6.7

I've only looked at the Advertiser. I can't understand why our State's Library does not have all the final editions of the Sunday Mail, and that a lot of the Sunday Mails came from interstate libraries? Bad enough that they aren't on microfilm, but to be told that the final editions in 1962 (and there are others) are offsite is incredible. No doubt you have to pay to get them "on-site".

Possibly the News has the scores, I'm not sure. I'm going there on Sunday myself, though.

Does the Library have the Football Budget for all the years since its inception? I've only seen a year in the 1930s.

The one you may have seen is 1938 which is on microfilm. All the rest are archived and need to be retrieved for viewing in the reading room.

The first trouble I had with the Sunday Mails, was in 1984. There was a month of editions missing from that particular bookbinder. I ask at the counter about this, and was told to go to the main desk. So, there I explained that these particular were missing. The guy goes away for about 5 minutes, then comes back and tells me the exact same thing I just explained! So he said to leave any contact numbers or e-mail, which I did, but never heard from them since. So, for now, Rounds 13 to 16 in the 19s and 17s and Reserves from Rounds 15 to 18 have just the full time scores.

Then, only the State editions of the Sunday Mail started to appear in the 70s. There's roughly two or three rounds in a season where I have only the final scores (thanks to the Advertiser) and in some instances in the Junior Grades I don't even have the final scores for some matches, which I've indicated in the Grade Records thread. When I went to 1962, there was no Final Editions.

I was wondering, if you woudn't mind me asking, if you have the Round 6 1979 Under 19s and 17s quarter scores on you, as well as the following matches in 1990:

Round 14
Reserves: North vs West, Norwood vs Sturt
Under 19s: South vs Central, Port vs Torrens, Woodville vs Glenelg

Also, if you have the three Under 17s scores in 1978 which I put up in the Grade Records from 1964 page, that would be great.

By the way, I got the final scores from the Advertiser on Monday for those 1984 matches, I only have one of those scores:

The tables also reminded me of how well Norwoods junior sides went in the 80's.

You can make many interesting facts out of them, one I found of note. There have been only two occasions where the League premier side had its Reserves finish last in the same year - Norwood in 1950 and North in 1987.

As well as Central and Norwoods Colts sides traded places in 1965 and 1966 - first and last.
