maybe a kid had work experience there, would think that if both clubs agree their is no colour clash they wouldnt have to use an alternative top

Think you'll find they take everyones guernsey at the start of the year and have a guernsey clash committee that look at all the jumpers and determine it from there. How they can have a different decision from last year when there have been no changes i don't know.

I'm with Bold Strategy on the umpires clashing. When we play Hectorville, it looks like the hounds have got extra players (must have watched WC in 2005 GF). Surely common sense says that they should wear white when they umpire a heccies game...

As for Houghton, must be pretty disappointing with such a big build up to be wearing pyjamas for your first home game. Never been an issue before, shouldn't be one now! I wonder if the blue matches cab's lucky coat... :-k

Hmmm, 15 seconds or a quarter and a half? One was a genuine mistake, the other was a deliberate ploy..

I blame that for my shocker in the Elimination final that night,I wanted to get out on the ground but being held up killed me, at least thats what i tell my self   The worst game i have played in the Chocolate and Blue guernsey that night. But we still got the win 8)

Threw a spanner into an already "going horribly wrong" day. But it's done now i guess. Maybe you guys could pull the same trick this weekend. Houghton coach and FD were in charge that day for us, took both of them quite a while to figure it out. Might be easier for them from their higher vantage point in the coaches box. Be interesting to see how long cab stays in there, can't yell abuse at players properly, if they can't hear you..
