Trent and Heath Thorpe...5 mail medals between them, both could have played alot higher, and both very good, loyal clubmen.

reece francis played a handful of games for central districts. played out in the adelaide plains and i think he's heading down the south east. he's a chalky so he might move around abit

Francis is at Keith with Modra which will make for an even more formidable forward lines

Reece Francis a good player for any country team, but as the best I am not sure.

Gee whizz Swampy, no Magpies bias allowed mate :) Hollitt a very good player, I would actually rate him higher than Francis only due to his work rate around the round, always running.

most of the players on this list fall into you last statment. we dont know how good they could have been. at least with modra we saw how good he was in the highest level but for the rest what kept them from making it.

Damien Stevens - Waikerie. Won the medal for player of the championship at the state champs last year. Technically, that gives him a bigger claim than anyone to being the best of the best.

Julian **** better than most with his eyes closed.
Micheal "pencil" Jones Noarlunga's first Jimmy Hird.
Browny from Victor in the 90's (though he's painting to many ceilings these days).
Anyone with a dark complexion playing on the wing.
Hams though often over weight still can dominate opposition backline.
Josh King the best looking foward GSFL have had since Mods.
Dave Whitbourne winning a mail medal while at the bloods is like climbing Everest in thongs n footy shorts.

Agree here. Actually had a kick with the Bloods that year. He was a gun. Sad that the Bloods were awful. But he was a shining light. Great bloke too.
