Strath played a 6 quarter match against Mt Lofty last night (3 B Grade, 3 A Grade) and Mt Lofty won both grades lost by about a goal from what I hear.

What trial matches are happening this weekend? Saints are playing Mt barker at Goolwa (both A's and B's)

That will be a good match LF, they played EB a couple of weeks back and Barker just won from what I heard. Good hit out for you guys.

Will be a reasonable guage of how we are travelling (although Bays had a 6 quarter match) I think most people will be heading down for the B Grade. Bridges, Griffen, Cuthbert and Pope starting in the Middle. look out!!!

And how is the fitness level of Bridges at the moment? From what I hear he's been training the house down!

mt barker are not a bad side, good full foward in leith marston, a big chubby bloke but very quick over 10 metres and can kick a massive goal, used to play at barker, then flaggys then moved to melb now back at barker. Scotty Byrt ruckman, centre half foward, killed the bays with his height and his fitness, very agile player, can take a great mark and move around the ground very fast. watch out for these boys goolwa.

will be interesting to see how both grades go, are you having GSFL umpires or are barker supplying some umpires, the blokes i was talking to in the barker team said the hills have the worst umpires in any comp and it showed when the bays played them. makes the GSFL umpires look superb.

Bays good pick up in matt Eagles, watch this space for more info

We have heard people from the bays tell us to 'watch this space' before and we are still watching and in typical bay form seeing no action!

be careful Kappars. I have heard from a reliable source that you are too soft to even take to the track.

Soft hey thats a big call but a possibility, maybe i am just wrapped in cotton wool for round one, i may even have an injury cloud above me or putting my football energy into a different path rather than playing.

LF. What a centre line up for the b's. I am going to get down there nice and early and keep an eye on your form. With the new ruckman at the saints this year, you would be looking to impress in the trials and keep your name in the mix!

You blokes are unbelievable! Get off it. I just realised SWAT that you are the only Room 5 specialist that isn't playing B's! Looks like you will be down graded to Room 4 next year.

Sounds like the way Pongy are heading over the Timmy Heath scandal no player in there right mind will want to play for them.
Firstly both parties are to blame in a way,why a player would sign a contract in country footy is beyond me ( maybe after a dozen bundys) & secondly why a club would refuse to clear a player who obviously dosnt want to be there any more.
At the end of the day this is really showing where & why Pongy will continue to struggle, good blokes run by small minded unsuccessful nipwits!!!!! its a pity magpies arent extinct.
