Flinders Uni smashed against a very good Aldinga unit.
With some of the new uni boys having their 1st hit out for the club.
The game was played in such good sprit that Aldinga have requested for rematch this week at
Crab park. Which is all the go! Then the Easter break! then more trial games to come which will really test the boys fitness levels over the next few weeks with the season not far away.

As for Aldinga being Div 5 standard now that is a joke!
They would easy push for spot in Div 2 or 3 in the SAAFL with their current squad of players and big new recruits. They have huge numbers on the track for 2 teams.
(which i got to see 1st hand) & are in good shape for the season ahead and are very fit.
I'm sure will play in finals this season in the Southern league.

so how do you think c grade sides will go against A grade sides this year. considering shoc won the c2 flag last year and smosh won the c3 flag. And athelstone dominated c3 untill the finals.
We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

How important is it for Paralowie to get out of Div 7 this year?

Well DW, if we didnt at least have a fair crack at the finals the whole place would be shattered.

With new clubrooms being built, more players on the track than ever before, winning cricket gf's, everyone is in good spirits. Can only serve us well for the year. And id say when the clubrooms are completed we'll see alot of former players returning with their familys to make the place feel even better.

Well if winning a cricket Grand final helps your club & new clubroom good luck for the season ahead. Just Image how pumped sides who won Flags last year must be coming in and side that just missed out. Remember most good C2 & C3 players would walk into any Division 7 A grade side.To early to say who going to be a top four side but comp is going to be full on every week.
It's just crazy to say your club is going to be in finals this year looking at Division 7 comp
strong as last year and some good sides coming in and you didn’t make it last year.
So you must have picked up some outstanding new Recruits to take you there.

I never said we'd make the finals. I just said everyone is hoping to play finals. You'd have to be stupid if you said it wasnt every teams ambition.

Marion who beat aldinga in the sfl are compared to around lower div 3 or 4 standed,so i would assume aldinga are around div5,they wouldnt win a game in div2

Just thought you guys must have recruited well over summer and any GF is good for the club Cricket or Football (well done)
Shame we wont get to see your new clubrooms this year as we don’t play you at home must be exciting times for your club.
Yeah we are looking forward to the season ahead it will be good to see how our guys go in Division 7 but we are realistic down this way & we know its a big step from C5 and its good to have B grade again. No good replying to your remark for round 1 we haven’t played there for a while but it will be good to see how we go on the day.
