I am STILL on the phone to Optus and STILL havent been told why I havent recieved an internet bill.. becuase Im STILL not in the right department. I'm on hold (again) for another Team Leader! :evil:

Next stop Ombudsman...

I was very tempted, I finally got off of the phone after 2 hours... the problem? A delay with the billing... now why is it that none of the other 9 people I spoke to couldnt have told me that?

I have a $40 credit coming my way for my inconvenience...

BIGPOND

they sent us out a modem for broadband

we didnt use it nor do we need it

we get a bill which was credited at $0.00 we rang up to find out what was going on, they had opened up an account for us :shock:

we cancelled that and they said they are sorry to lose us as a customer, but we are still on dial up plan!!!!!!

that got sorted no probs

today

we get in the post some other crap with a cover letter saying that they know we cancelled bigpond but 'DONT GO'

DONT THEY UNDERSTAND i mean it was CLEARLY explained to them over the phone why we didnt want nor need it and they do this!!!!!!! :evil:
