It's bigger than Ben Hur! I believe the intention is to beat "Sportsbeat" at its own game - more professional, writers with their finger on the pulse of each division, lots of articles and features and free to the clubs.

Cheers.

Quite simply mate, I have better things to do with my time than moderate something. It isn't my decision, it is a decision of the moderating team. If you and your mates wish to discuss it further, take it elsewhere.

Cheers.

P.S. Your next post is about to be deleted because it is off topic.

Things must be pretty tough for Broadies at the minute. They've cancelled next weeks planned trial against University because not only can't they put a B grade side on the park for the two planned trials but numbers aren't that flash for them to run one trial for their A grade either.

Just rang John Kernahan and you might find Butch Jones is covering his own bum because it's he that double booked. No one else (inc ROCS, Umpires ) is confused except Butch. Kernas has just forwarded an E-mail dated the 22nd January to me that Butch sent to him confirming the trial on the Friday night of the 14th or Saturday the 15th March depending on cricket scheduling so I'd suggest you might be better off questioning your source because I have it in B & W from Butch to Kernas. That aside, Broadies still couldn't put together a trial for this Sat anyway which was the point of my original msg because Uni's still offered to have the trial and Butch said they couldn't put a side together.

Yawn... How many times do we need to hear Broadies in Trouble. If you are a Div 1 side and can't put a team together i think thier would be a lot more panic and rumour than the couple of people that seem to always slam the club. Maybe sour grapes from uni people who although put a team together, didn't survive in Div 1. I seem to think that opinions are based on rivalry rather than fact. Rant ended.

Just out of interest, Port Districts will be hosting us (SMOSH) Wednesday In a twilight 6 quarter game starting at 6.30.

SHould be a good hit-out.

Sadly for SMOSH, they're lacking a gun player due to cricket Grand Final Commitments.
