Good signing Taylor, he'll be a huge bonus for Salis Nth & if they keep Jordan & Cutting i may have to change my mind on where they'll finish on the ladder.
I had them outside the 5 now they should be knocking on the door of the 5.

Agreed Taylor is a good signing for Salisbury North. They could well be the smokies of the comp. going along very quietly.
Looks like Henley, Goodwood and Gaza for top three with other two spots between Salisbury North, TTG, Port Districts and the mighty Broadies with relegation between Gepps, ROC and Seaton.

FN What knowledge do you base your relegation group on, anything concrete? My word is that Seaton is prime fodder to go down, Broadies are struggling, ROC's & Gepps are very much unknown at this stage .
Is your theory from the head or the heart?

PT Districts ( yo-yo-yo-yo-yo) back to A2............again !

Postby turkey slapper » Wed Mar 05, 2008 7:50 pm

Looks like the Districts A1 bubble will burst again, as they tumble back to A2 .With lots of players leaving, and minimal recruits, Roger must be tearing his hair ( what hair ) out !!

Wouldnt write them off just yet slapper, they may still get the kickbacks from the Maggies over the next weeks.

RMB must admit that some selection was with head and some with heart. Everyone wrote us off two years ago in Burgesss first year and we ended up playing in finals. Similar tale this year and we are starting to build some momentum. Would expect some recruits from North over next month or so even though Rowey expects them to go to Gepps. The reality is though that given a choice between Broadies and Gepps most people know the difference between the two clubs and the players either head our way or Gaza.
Yes agree Seaton appear as one definite for A2 and still beleive top 3 to be in order Henley, Goodies and Gaza.

Surely with all the named players leaving Goodies they won't be as good as last year!

Nope. There were numerous breaches of site rules in that thread, subsequently the moderating team canned it. We do wish the venture the best of luck, but that is the extent of the support being offered by this site.
