Is Peter Kay the Scottish guy who used get naked while doing his show? Saw a scraggly looking but piss funny bloke on the comedy channel years ago who I think was Peter Kay. His show was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

Nah you're mixing him up with someone else Hazbeen...Peter Kay is a comedian from northern England...possibly JTC's neck of the woods

Only Scottish comedian I can think of who has a habit of sometimes taking his clothes off is Billy Connolly but assume it's not him you're thinking of.

yep, I remember the guy well (David Kelly - just checked). I think he was the cook in Robin's Nest though. Not sure. he was also a dodgy builder who ruined the door to the Fawlty Towers kitchen. I dunno whether the series was spawned off that episode of Fawlty Towers.

That's him JAS. He is from Bolton in Lancs. Last year he released a cover of Is this the way to Amarillo for a comedy fundraiser. Comic Relief, I think it was. Great stand up comic re-living his childhood, and played two roles in Pheonix Nights. Very Funny stuff.
