Can anyone here from westies shed some light on this! Apparently had a bit of a run in with a familiar family name down there!

Haha, that's the best non-naming of someone we've had here I reckon!

If Francis goes, Westies would seriously struggle to find a (decent) coach outside of their club now wouldn't they?

AF, interesting to see that you rate Sean Jackson highly. have you been involved at some stage with him and have 1st hand knowledge of his ability?
Seems his previous clubs didn't have the same regard as you, are you saying they were wrong?

I did hear that he struggled to pull a player at those clubs, maybe he needs to be 'spoon fed' by the Eagles to make it easy for him.

Dam straight! Himself an Fuller tried to "pinch" one of our boys when Fuller said his skills werent quite up to that level then the same night Jackson has rung him. I wonder where he got his number from? Luckily for us he has decided to stay with his mates.

Eastern Park played Angle Vale? Why would they waste their time playing a club that might not even have 2 senior teams?

Will help Kilburn heeps ???? without having everything except their game plan all put on this forum. I guess that might have been next. Smart and astute coach is Ocker and will have them firing when it counts. One of the great A1 Coaches and football men going around anywhere in footy for the last 15 years or more.

Can see a Kilburn - Flinders Park Grand Final coming up. Look out for Flinders Park as they are a good side and picked up a lot of players. Are definately flying under the radar.

Like O'Connor - Sean Jackson is equally a fantastic coach and will test every coach in the league with his tactics. The two best teams with the best players also have the 2 best Coaches going around as well. No coincidence about that.

Will want to do your homework really well to be smart enough to do O'Connor or Jackson, even if they have a bad day.

Takes a lot longer than that for me to get a message AF! In your recent posts you accuse people of being mischevious and slow, but here you are repeating something I have already told you is untrue. Did you not understand my last post on the subject or are you just trying to bait me?

Tired Tiger, the reason AF is waxing lyrical about Ocker is that our C grade job is still up for grabs. He is simply trying to curry some favour with the great man to try and get the job. Here's a tip if you do get the job AF, don't be verbose during your half time talks. As has been pointed out here before, we Kilburn boys are a simple bunch and will not have time to digest everything you say. Best to get some practice being succint on here first!

On a more serious note, I think Walkerville may challenge Flinders Park for favouritism. It seems like some players might not be leaving for Mannum after all, and the only two losses are Callanan and Davis, both because of work. They've also picked up a few guys including a couple of A graders from last years Gaza team. Walkerville's oval could easily become a tough road trip with teams struggling to adjust to the small size. Their abundance off talls could also stretch other sides.

It's time to open my gob even though I only know anything about two teams in this comp and predict my top 5(At least it will fire up AF)

Kilburn for premiers!!!
Walkerville to go down in a tight grand final by 3 goals.
Flinders Park, beaten by two points with a kick after the siren in the prelim.
Eastern Park
Salisbury to make up the five after a tussle for the last spot with Iggies.

Rupert My Boy

Know Jackson by being in opposing Coaches Boxes over the years and yes he is a difficult man to combat in a game. Unlike many coaches, he makes life difficult for the oppostion coaches on match day. Makes many good moves, always difficult to read and never the same tactics from game to game. Most formidable opponent from the Coaches Box. Many coaches are very easy to read and have the same tactics week after week, year after year.

Can never be too confident when facing guys like Jackson or O'Connor as there is always a nasty surpise waiting at sometime during the game. Sometimes many nasty surprises.

Jacksons demise from his former club, certainly could not be for his Coaching Ability. Would suggest that he had other issues at his former club which were difficult to work out. For God sake - having a go at Jackson for trying to pinch another player from another club - "thats a Coaches duty". Dont hang him for that. If your club coach is not trying to get the best possible side via whatever means possible - he is not doing his job. Jackson is a true professional as an Eagles Coach. Take away your personal feelings and look at Jackson the coach - enough said. Many people look at people because they like or dislike them. You are not looking objectively at whether the guy is a terrific coach or not. Jackson is a very god coach and you will find that out this season, with a club that is not highly rated in A3.

Andy - as I have already spent 8 years of my life at Kilburn in a Coaching capacity, I think I have some idea of how to speak with the players sport. During that time we were relatively successful mate and no I dont want your C Grade job - sorry.

You just dont learn mate. Think the big boss "Mr O'Connor", would you to keep things under wraps just a tad matey, but no - you just could not help yourself. I hope Kilburn goes top by 10 goals for the great man Ocker, but geez you are not helping his cause by making Kilburn the team that 9 others want to smash. The coach would certainly not want to see comments like Premiers mentioned in February or March, as he would be trying to keep things under wraps. Please us whatever brain power is left in there for the sake of the Kilburn Football Club mate. I know if I was one of the other 9 clubs playing against you - there would be enough ammunition fired by yourself, to give a very good reason for inflicting some pain upon Kilburn at every opportunity. Give your team mates, Club and Coach a chance for god sake.

And yes Andy - you were correct and I wont even have to even change YOUR OWN type or OWN WORDS - "you are simple"
You said it - not me

I'm bored with this talk of keeping stuff under wraps, here's the plan:

Kilburn win div 3

Phil Martin becomes Prime Minister

UN disbands and is replaced by a KDF executive.

First div 3, then the world!
