I don't think so, bit of rain it becomes a mudbath.
Hardly creamy.
The best i have played on on EP was Rudall, at it's best it had the right hardness, good grass covering and reasonable protection from the wind.
The Cummins oval wasn't too bad either.
Although that would get sloppy after a good rain.
The Tumby oval was also alright from memory.
Best surface on EP tho would have to be Cleve Area School.
If any ground could replicate that turf they would be doing well!!
And Gary Hetzel is vastly respected in EP footy from what i know.
I wouldn't label him a dud.
