Can anybody tell me how Adam Vonow went last year playing for Tasman's, i think?

Played junior footy with him and he was an absolute gun, just wondering how you guys rated him up there.

Congrats to Shannon Larwood for winning the bowling aggregate (22 wickets) and fielding trophy at the Country Carnival last week. Bozo, along with Dope Ramsey, also made Team of the Year (Dope finishing 3rd in the runscoring with 204 - only 30 behind the winner). Fleurieu Red finished undefeated to win the carnival, although we did manage to pick up the Spirit of Cricket Award.

Who with? He is still a registered player with Mallee Park isn't he?

Well if he has signed two contracts and two clearances with two other clubs, won't they be able to restrict him playing anywhere else for the season, or is it only if he gets a clearance?

For anyone interested, I mentioned on here that Luke Harder was added to the U18 state squad last week.
He played in a match (state trial I assume) on Saturday and apparently kicked 4 goals from a half forward flank and was in the top half dozen best players on the ground. Needed to play well to remain in the squad and did just that. Good on him.
Can't find any reports anywhere from that game and also Port's internal trial on Friday night. Anyone know where I might look.
PS. Also heard that Timmy G has Luke pencilled in for the League starting 18 in the first minor round game against Central Districts.

There is no truth to the rumour that Wes signed with two clubs, as far as the man himself is aware he has signed with one and one only.

Leonidis was right about charlton going to water this time of year. looks like tod river will get a free pass to the prelim. They looked disinterested on saturday and were more worried about who was going to buy the first round at the northern.

A Grub my mail is that Lincoln South are certanties for the Wooden Spoon. The loss of Crouch, retirement of Jarvis plus losses of second tier players Wake, Grocke and Seaman. With no senior players reportedly on the track and a quiet off season recruiting it is hard to see you guys winning a game to be honest. Besides North in the ruck and Abel and Cocks in the backline and maybe Richter at times up forward the cupboard looks very bare and the kids will have to play out of their depth. What odds will you give me on the spoon seriously, you being a southie I might get a half decent odds here. What are the correct odds they should be bluesytheboy?

What are you suggesting HS ? That it is going to be a long season and TRR will need plenty to drink or he wont be at Waybacks long and will need a new watering hole? Please explain?

Would suggest it is exactly as HS meant. Nice venue, lots of Bacardi and comfortable place to unwind during winter. Of course the majority of the white spirit will be consumed at Windsor castle which is looking into the possibilty of getting it on tap.
Here is a sneek preview of how the bar will look.
