April 21, 2006

ADELAIDE's two national basketball league teams, the 36ers and Lightning, are to be sold.

South Australia's Treasurer, Kevin Foley, said today that the State Cabinet had accepted a recommendation to sell the licences for the elite men's and women's teams to salve the financial woes of the Basketball Association of South Australia.
