Sayers has been the best CHF in the RMFL (played for Imps) for the last 5 or so years, had an "issue" with the club and has now i believe signed with Peake.

Jackson was a key forward at Ramblers, who i believe was looking at playing in the Amateur league in town this year, but would be in demand so i'm not surprised Peake is chasing him as well.

That's good news for Peake then, should make them a bit more competitive this season.
Could it be the year of the Gorillas (as the guy on the radio calls them!), maybe?

I did hear that rumour last night, probably from the same source as what you heard it. On the GSFL site there are a few rumours that he will be playing for Enc Bay if he plays at all.

Speaking of last night, where was the flying ant? There was no rain or wind to keep him in his hidey hole!! :D

Would that be Chris Gregory by any chance? I was speaking to Chris about 3 weeks ago and he indicated he was jumping on board the BDT wagon.
