Hmm, I'm still surprised though. Did a good job with them last year, and I would have thought he had enough runs on the board. The owner Cowan seemed to love the bloke.

Will be interesting to see how this franchise fares after such a terrible year. As the Titans/Giants/Magic proved, it's hard enough keeping a winning club afloat in Melbourne, let alone one that is anchored to the bottom of the ladder.

Why would you want to???
If he can convince the Adelaide management to keep him here and get Hodge to sign on the dotted line for a full season...back to the playoffs!!
I would think even if he was to depart Adelaide going to the Dragons show that you have the personality trait that must have you coaching, even if there is nothing for you to gain.

Hard to feel to sorry for him as there seemed to be a bit of under handedness on his part when former NBA All Star Mark Price was sacked at the beginning of last year.

According to Boti Nagy the sixers are confident of keeping Hodge,Ballinger and the majority of the current squad. With a bit of luck might even get back one Brad Newly from the NBA and maybe another recruit. This would surely put the Sixers not just back in the play-offs but give them a real chance on going top 4.......
