Not sure why we are blaming the ICC. As reported, they were left with no choice after Ricky Ponting and Cricket Australia withdrew the charge of racial vilification.

still dosnt wash with me as far as i can see (and some may say thats not far )its ok for a black person to call a white person a white, boy but tis not ok for a white man to call a black man ..black boy
