Quiz... 100 Average in Tests

It mightn't be the case for long, but at the moment Mitchell Johnson is averaging 99 with the bat in Test Matches.
Assuming he scores another run in his next innings, he will, for a time, have an average of 100. Apart from a centurion on debut, who was the last Australian to average 100 at any stage of their career.

Shane Watson in World Cup International cricket matches averages over 100 ?

The obvious answer would be the guys that made hundreds on debut in the first innings of games

SR Watson averages 145 in ODI World Cup matches, 6 innings with five not outs.

Hussey was averaging over 100 for a while in both one ODIs and Tests.

Hard to achieve as Queensland play only at First Class level
