Don't be suprised if a couple of contracts between players and other clubs get ripped up. I have only heard about one such player from div 1 so they have at least done well enough not to piss off the clubs they are playing against. They are a couple from div 2 and a couple from the BLGL and Hills central.

any more news Andy....

That club Shirtfront chasing big names need to mate.
With the old heads in that side i'd be doing the same thing.
I think its time Gaza woke up & stopped blaming coaches for there failures & had a good look at there squad.
Greg Anderson coached them to a double chance 2-3 yrs in a row.
Because the players didn't make the most of their opportunities Ando got slandered by not only the players but the hyreichy.
Ando did what he had to do, he gave his side every opportunity, if no player can get themselves up for finals or more importantly grand finals- when its there for the taking, what hope is there for them? Not much!
It proved in 2007 nothings changed, i wouldn't want to be Darren Mead!

Sudjai is a hack. Was on $700 a game at Lobethal a few seasons ago and hardly set the competition on fire. Didn't mind going the biff off the ball either mainly through pure frustration of not being able to get a kick. Upset quite a few of the Loby blokes with his poor attitude. Can't believe clubs still waste money on this bloke. A deadset hack. How this bloke got games of SANFL let alone AFL I will never know.

Your right Ted, he should have a good look at himself & give something back to the game, club, juniors etc..
instead of bleeding the club.
He never did much in the SANFL anyway, so he hasn't anything really to gloat about to demand the money he does, obviously showed at Lobethal, not able to get a kick.

Sudjai not only was a excellent SANFL player (one of the best tacklers I've seen) and should have captained the Bays. But should have played more AFL footy. A terrific player and I'm sure any regional club would be happy to have him playing for them.

Also I see that a new A-Grade coach Mark Seelander has been appointed whats happened to former coach Tony Burgess is he still coaching anywhere?

What ever you think of Sudjai, be it a hack or a good player, did you see him play last year???? I did and he ripped apart 3 - 4 games by himself. Plus his leadershp towards the young midfielders has been sensational from what i hear. Who cares what he played like elsewhere, if he was at your club and was teachin your young kids all the stuff he has learned from his AFL and SANFL experience, it can't be a bad thing.

Didn't Sudjai Cook king hit some bloke behind play a couple of years ago? From memory it ended the blokes season but he may not have got suspended because of lack of evidence or something! Can anyone confirm this?

If it was him, yeah would be a great player to teach the young kids! NOT!

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Was Sudjai in the running for the head coaching job? Is that what he is hoping for?

Now I heard or read somewhere that Robbie Thompson (or was it Mckinnon?) is now coach at Seaton. (sorry, not smoking has made me a goldfish  )

If I were a Seaton player I'd be happy with either of those announcements in any case..

Emmmmm maybe someone stood his ground at Seaton?
That very same player surely wouldn't transfer down the road now you wouldn't think?

Nothing to do with that person Mercy perhaps Cox is just playing games to make himself feel important. Came to Ramblers with big wraps last year but apart from 1 game thought he was pretty average, What do you think?

I think it may of had something to do with that person to why he's not out at Seaton, Anyway what makes you think it hasn't? It wasn't all roses with them two newman, do you know more?
As far as coming with big wraps, yes he did & didn't dominate like he did early season in div1 with Henley.
I think your being a little unfair on the bloke, he played a few good games but like i said didn't dominate, yet he wasn't useless.
Settling down at one club is what he needs, he hasn't helped himself in that area & he knows that, i think you could excuse him for leaving Henley, you would do the same.

The rumour is that Districts have snared another Seaton player, Ryan ' cowboy ' Kelly has recently signed with them, any truth in this?

Last i heard of Kelly was he'd signed at Henley with mudguts!
Thats another big loss for Seaton though.
What is it with Districts working behind the scenes, signing Seaton players up? Can't they look elsewhere?
Kelly had a very good year last year BUZZ.
If thats true it would be about 5 or 6 Seaton players now poached by Roger & Co.

No FC its not the Robbie Thompson from Glenelg, if it was they wouldn't be losing all these players for a start.

I believe Cowboy from Seaton approached Districts as he doesnt want to play under a "B grade coach". Not sure if he'd make the A's at districts anyway. Lets see who he is training with.
