so does anyone know about the coaching situations in div 6 next yr? do all sides have a coach as yet? is asinari goin round again for Brahma?

MP, Azza isn't coaching the A's, they've recruited some Services or Ex-services (Army i think) bloke as their coach. He is known by a mate of mine in Canberra who played with him. I believe his name is Dusty Miller? I'm not sure if Azza is playing or not.

G'day guy's Dusty Miller (ex Navy) will be the best thing to happen at Brahma Lodge for a long time. he has coached NTFL side the Wanderers (League) and ACTAFL side Weston Creek (League) and has previously coached the Navy national representative side. How exactly Dusty wound up at a Div 6 club (nothing against Div 6 some good players there I'm sure) I am not quite sure I would have thought he would have gotten at least a Div2 gig given his experience at coaching at top levels. Anyway Dusty is a quality coach and will be an enormous asset to the club.

Can anyone tell me how he wound up there does he have a family connection or something there just very surprised to hear he is coaching Div 6 thought he would get a Div 1 or 2 job or a SANFL coaching role?

I believe it is true...

...It will be nice to see some players wearing the red and blue this year with a bit of height about them. Been like hen's teeth the last five years or so

I think he came out to play under 17's or 18's a few years back but the side never eventuated that year so he went elsewhere

He didnt play B grade finals though, did he ? I know their team sheet from our 1st semi against them off-by-heart !!!

Anyone on here from Westminster, Trinity, Glenunga, West Croydon, Brahma Lodge, Houghton, or Lockleys?

One would suspect Westminster to be big improvers from last year. I don't think them just missing relegation was a true reflection of how good a team they were.

West Croydon, Houghton and Lockleys you would think would be around the mark. Don't know much about Glenunga, Trinity, Brahma Lodge (except for their new coach) and CLG?
Don't hear much from any of these other clubs, just curious to see if there's anyone out there who could talk crap about their club like the rest of us do...?

Anyone keen to predict a ladder this far out. I won't hold you to it...
