Hey guys was speaking to SMOSH Cgrade coach on the weekend they are not playing in Div7 this year and apparently niether will Sacred Heart.

understood, i think saafl will be rethinking a bit of the lower grades any way as a few teams are putting in c gr and d gr teams, hoo knows

i think they might rethink it but its going to be hard for a couple of years with the stronger c1 - c2 sides moving their way through the divisions again

Sacred Heart have nominated for Div 7 and Div 7R. Think they will have their C grade in Div 7, E grade in Div 7R (which would must probably be the older blokes) and D grade in C2. The lower grade coaches are pushing to have 5 sides cause they are leaving too many players out but i think a lot of those players may have left, so shocs could maybe pull their 5th side out by the cut off if they dont have the numbers.

Someone mentioned on here that Uni do the same. C1 or C2 are probably a better standard in the way that div 2 and 3 As is better than div 1 R

my bad i just always thought a clubs lowest grade always played in the C1-6 comps

yes i did spend the holidays in vic. and at no stage did i speak to any football clubs at all about playing with them whilst i was away .
